Feasibility Study - Report  Checklist

The Feasibility Study Report Checklist gives you a structure for your report and ensures that you cover all the issues.  The report should clearly address the key questions:

Can we resolve the challenge? If so, how?
Are there other ways of resolving the challenge?  If so, what are they?
For each solution, how much & how long?
For each solution, what are the benefits?
For each solution, what are the impacts on the organisation?
What is the preferred solution?
