4-CONSULTING E-ZINE

A recent survey from the Chartered Management Institute looked at how organisations approach Business Continuity Management.  We comment on some worrying findings.

The credit crunch continues to put pressure on organisations to reduce costs, increase revenues and improve profit margins.  Many organisations are looking to slim down their workforces in a bid to improve efficiency while maintaining service levels and quality.  Other organisations are restructuring their business organisation and process models.  For many workers, these changes can be highly stressful and we look at some of the issues for businesses in helping their staff members to cope with stress.

Our consultancy team have lots of experience in these and other interesting areas and we're keen to share our knowledge with our readers.  We hope you’ll find the articles of interest and, if there is a topic you would like us to cover in a future issue, please let us know.
