Course Outline
Benefits
This course will review a number of practical aspects
of training and coaching. In today’s fast paced
business environment, change and personal development is
an integral part of business development. As a result,
today’s managers and leaders require to be capable of
helping their teams to move forward. Some of the
necessary skills are more difficult than others, but all
can be taught effectively. This course sets out to
provide the basics for managers and leaders to build
upon.
Participants will look at their own learning styles
and form an understanding of how they can use this
information to understand both themselves, and the
people within their teams who need to be developed. The
course is designed to provide participants with useful
tools and techniques to help them to help their teams.

 | How to best
communicate with our people |
 | Getting the best from
our people |
 | Getting our message
over and helping people to learn |
Who should attend:
Anyone that works with teams and
needs to help them to develop. Anyone whose own
development depends upon the development of their
people. Anyone with a real interest in improving their
own performance and communication skills.
Level of Knowledge Assumed:
Participants are not expected to
have had any previous formal training in training or
coaching.
