Who should attend:
Anyone that has direct or impending involvement in substantial projects, possibly involving a number of different disciplines or organisations. Anyone involved in a multi-phased assignment, or one dealing with more than two suppliers.
Level of Knowledge Assumed:
No previous knowledge of project management is assumed, although some understanding of the problems associated with working with other disciplines or organisations would be beneficial.
