Course Outline
Benefits
This course will review the skills necessary to
ensure that their presentations are persuasive and sell
the concepts, services and products involved.
Participants will understand how to analyse the audience
and to present information in the most effective way.
Participants will look at how they might out-manoeuvre
competitors in tender presentations and learn how to
make their presentations sell. The course is designed to
provide participants with useful tools and techniques to
improve their selling efficiency as well as a basic
understanding of how people might buy.
Content
The course looks at:
 | What do we want to achieve with the presentation |
 | What
does the audience wish to achieve from the
presentation |
 | What do they say they want to hear and do you
think that is the case |
 | How can we present what they do want to hear or
understand |
 | How can we get what we want |
 | How can we show them that we can help them get
that |
Who should attend:
Anyone that has direct or impending involvement in
Sales. People with responsibility for Business
Development. Anyone involved in making presentations for
tenders or competitive advantage.
Note: Participants will
be encouraged to share scenarios with the group, and
should be prepared so to do.
Level of Knowledge Assumed:
Participants are expected to be
actively engaged in selling, but are likely to have had
no formal training in sales or presentation.
