Richard Marsh has recently set up as an independent consultant having previously worked at ekosgen as a Director of policy and economics and with international real estate company DTZ.  He has more than twelve years professional experience specialising in regional economics, regional policy, evaluation and appraisal.

Richard is an elected Fellow of the Royal Statistical Society and a member of the Scottish Government expert users group advising on Input-Output accounting and modelling.  He is also part of a broader Scottish Government committee on economic statistics.  Richard has worked for all devolved governments in the UK, central government departments, development agencies, local authorities, corporate clients, funding councils, colleges and universities.
